Indeling:
Op de begane grond kun je met de lift of met de trap naar de tweede verdieping. De hal geeft toegang tot alle vertrekken van het appartement. De woonkamer is voorzien van een ruime zithoek en een grote eettafel. Vanaf hier heb je toegang tot het balkon.
De moderne keuken is voorzien van alle inbouwapparatuur die je nodig hebt, zoals een combi-oven, vaatwasser, koelkast, vriezer en een elektrisch fornuis met afzuigkap. Verder zijn er diverse keukenbenodigdheden aanwezig zoals een koffiezetapparaat en waterkoker.

You will find all the amenities you need within walking and biking distance, like supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, and shops. Leidens bustling historic city center can be reached within a 5-minute bike ride. The beach, Polderpark Cronesteyn, and the Groene Hart are found in the nearby area.
Opposite the building De Ananas, you will find a bus and train station. The highway is easily accessible by car.
The apartment complex ‘De Ananas’ contains eight short-stay apartments which are all for rent for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 6 months. On the second floor, you will find a big courtyard. In the future, there will be two restaurants and a laundry service.
Layout:
On the ground floor, you can take the elevator or stairs to the second floor. The hallway gives access to all the rooms in the apartment. The living room is equipped with a spacious seating area and a big dining table. You can access the balcony from here.
The modern kitchen is equipped with all the built-in appliances you need such as a combi oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, and an electric stove with extractor hood. Other various kitchen utensils are present such as a coffee machine and kettle.
The bathroom is equipped with a wash basin and a walk-in shower. The master bedroom has a double bed and a big closet. The second bedroom has an extra bunk bed and can perfectly be used as a study. A separate toilet is present.
